load day 2

Ok. so for some of you who are not up on what i'm doing I need to explain the terminology you will often see with someone on the HCG diet.

LOAD days= first 3 days of the diet in which you try to gain weight eating the most fattening foods. This is outlined in the Pounds and Inches as gaining before losing. Click the link and get a free copy. Thats how I got mine.

VLCD= very low calorie days-- starting day four you are to consume only those items on the prescribed diet. This is the part that takes some dedication. Stop looking at the food commercials and just look at the scale!

so for me today is Load day 2

I went to an anniversary party last night for my mother-in-law. I really enjoyed the food and the people were very funny. There was a ceviche de moyaha (i know i spelled that wrong), potato salad, pasta salad, turkey stew, arroz and gandules. For dessert was this nice cake that was a fraud butter cream layer cake. Everyone knows the best butter cream layer cake in Philly is Melrose Diner in South Philly.


Lesson one people: Do not mix brown and clear alcohol! you will be sorry the next morning.

I know there were a few people who are hurting right now--not me!
Anyway, lets just say I had a good time and I truly enjoyed hanging with family.

Tip: Did you know that when on HCG you get drunk faster? The alcohol seems to move faster and you need less to achieve tipsy.
So Be Careful!
