Hello all- just as many of you are slave to the numbers on the scales so am I. I have been very evasive about getting the scale because I had a few weeks of cheating and plateau. Plateau is when you just don't move the numbers although you feel you are doing all you can. For me it was cheating. What woke me out of my funk was my niece. Her and her father were over and she said: Uncle Keith you fat!
Needless to say i wanted to tell her a few things but I love my niece and I will wait 10 years to tell herself. For now I will smile and be a good uncle but just you wait.....LOL
So today i got the greatest news from the LORD SCALE. It said: Loosing weight will set you free, from today you are 2 and longer 3!
What that means is that since Jan 1 of this year I have lost over 50lbs and have made a solid move into the 200's. Good bye 300's!
I can fit into 2x now along with dropping my pants from a disgusting 52 to a slimmer 46! Now I know for you skinny bitches that is still big - but what the fuck you want from a brother? It took me 30+ years to attain my girth and dammit I had fun doing it. No Lie! I enjoy good food. I have learned in moderation and how to cut unnecessary fat and calories.
I am pissed that I wasted so much money and time on gyms and weight loss pills and diets that do not give you the results you really want.
I am fortunate that I found HCG when I did and I had the faith to follow through. I will put this out there:
