Stuff about you that no one knows!

Ok so last night was the first of my strategic planning class and we had to go around the room and tell everyone something about ourselves that others don't know.  At the risk of being labled a cook or just crazy, I let it be known that I consider the Mayan Phophecies to be credible.  LOL yes thats a mayan pic up there of a jaguar girl.  Anyway, knowing how outside the box I am, and my classmates are not, I expected the gasps and ahhs that came soon after I made my revelation to my cohort.  LOL I could have told them a million things like how I think our country's political system is in trouble or how I think the media manufactures thoughts for people or how the music played on radio stations they listen to suck or how I obsess over my weight like a teenage girl but that was already taken.  See, it seems that many in my class have weight issues, even those who do not have weight issues.  Side bar: ever notice how skinny bitches like say they fat and work out alot at the gym!?  Anyway thats just stupid and boders on unhealthy.  For the rest of us who are visibly struggling with our weight I consider it to be a no-brainer if we obsess about our weight.  Now let me make it clear, my obsession does not stem from a want to be a skinny dude out of vanity.  I want to achieve a better life and career and know that m would be at any job.  Click the link an you will see that this is a thought shared by millions in the corporate world.  You can have all the degrees in the world but if you look like a fat person they will not give you a fair chance at success.  I do not believe that any fat person can say they are comfortable in thier present shape.    Monique and that chick from the movie Precious- THEY ARE LYING!  Take for example Mike Tyson, I appreciated his honesty when he said what was his main motivation for losing weight.  He was having problems wiping his ass. LOL  I knew he had a problem with food when he took a chunk out of Evanders ear.  LOLy appearance is probably 85% of what others feel my success

Sooo... Today is load day number three and you know I got a good meal planned for today.  It amazes me when I tell people about this diet they have so much information that tells me not to do it.  I usually ask them have they done it?  They say no. Then I ask them what diet have they done sucessfully?  They say WW, JC or NS.  (you know what those letters are..) I then ask after they have given them all their money were they satisfied with the results.  They almost always say no.  Ok, so let me get this right, you paid all this money and you still did not achieve the losses you wanted.  Many times they stopped thier programs because the cost is just ridiculous.  LOL We on the HCG diet don't have those issues.   Our menu is very limited but our hunger makes it managable.  The most we pay is for the product right at the outset of the diet.  after that, you can lettuce at almost any store.  LOL  Oh and I swear people are annoying as shit with the counting points and telling you how many points something has.  I don't count points, hell I don't count calories either.  I would rather be counting pounds lossed rather than money spent.  I should ask the next point person, "how much was that point?"  Here is an example of the drop version of the diet. (disclaimer: this is not what i do)

The point of losing weight is to lose weight-- not lose money in the process but gain knowledge so that you change your life style and never need to diet again.  The HCG diet makes you well aware of how just a teaspoon of butter affects your body.  I will say this and I mean it:  this is not for the weak and the lazy!  More than anything you have to have a burning desire to lose weight.  Just like everything else in life -  if you want it, you are going to make sacrifices and work at it.  For now-- GKR!  (that means go kick rocks!)LOL

Load Day 3

Ok so i could have posted earlier today but i was enjoying a nice slice of that butter cream layer cake from Melrose. Do I think its crazy to drive all the way to South Philly for a slice of cake? This is a blog by a guy who likes food. I don't get cravings or anything like that but, good food makes a lasting impression.
I tried to find that perfect cheese steak yesterday also, to no avail. Oh and Pats and Genos does not count. They are tourist attractions for the cheese steak challenged part of the masses. That's like being in Baltimore and letting them serve you a cheese steak with green peppers with out you asking for them, like that's authentic!
I had nasty ass checkers --- don't drink and catch the munchies.... everything taste good when you got the munchies.

They were just talking about alcohol impairing your diet judgement. It seems that people tend to make bad food choices when they have too much to drink. They did not need to pay a scientist to tell them that. Hell, you could have hung out with me in the past and I could find birthday cake for sale at 3 in the morning at a small shop of questionable business on 60Th and Larchwood. That was either going or coming from the plat.

So tomorrow is the day I start eating like I know. Also its time for you doubters to pay attention.
todays weight: 319

Tip: at the time of the diets conception stevia was the only know alternative to sugar. Now we have splenda, equal and sweet and low. I don't recommend S and L but if you gotta have it - its better than sugar. (Maybe)
