ok so today i wake up and have a cup of coffee. I'm thinking damn, i make a better cup than Wawa. LOL i guess they won't be charging me 1.49 for an .18 cent cup of coffee. If you don't believe me ask a Wawa person the next time you are in a wawa what the employees pay for a cup of coffee.
Anyway I feel real good today because its just another day not dominated by the eternal question: What am I going to eat today?
If you read Pounds and Inches then you would know that i have my menu planned out for the next 43 days. Its a no brainer and all i have to do is stay viligant on my task.
Oh I'm not going to be long winded today because its late and I feel real good and want to lay down in my soft bed after a long day. so i will leave you with this:
